Give yourself a break when you eat snacks that aren’t perfectly healthy.

It’s okay. Just slow down for a second and exhale.

Good post. It’s true, life is meant to be enjoyed in the moment as well as in the long-term, so don’t beat yourself up for indulging in some unhealthy snacks occasionally. That’s the fun of life.

You said it well, thanks for the comment. If we can give ourselves a break for other things (which we should) then we should be able to give ourselves a break for eating cake and ice cream and nachos every now and then also. Thanks for chiming in!
