We need to reduce the toxic load in our soil, air, water and our bodies! It’s imperative to protect our future generations! Promote Bio-Diversity!
Everyone eat Organic at your table! Also, promote getting Health Food Stores in your area, where locally grown organic produce can be sold! I know in my state we have only 2..that’s right folks, 2 health food stores, one is a co-op & the other is a Trader Joes! If its difficult like it is in my area, then help others get the products like I do! Help yourself to a look at some health foods!

What a list, I could definitely use this for my family. I especially love how some of them are so easy to prepare and easy on your wallet as well.
