I’m a mid-morning snacker. I always get hungry right around 11 A.M., and I need a snack to hold me over until lunch. When do you get the munchies? Vote now! In later posts, I’ll write about the best times to eat certain kinds of snacks (for example, snacks that give you morning energy, snacks that are helpful before and after a workout, and snacks that help calm you before you go to sleep).

I love snacking late at night, which is not the healthiest way to go.
But, it sure is fun!

I eat every waking hour, literally. This may have something to do with running as much as I do (4-5 miles 6-7 days a week), but it sure seems to keep my blood sugar nice and balanced. I eat mini-meals and have even been known to wake up in the middle of the night for a 100 calorie snack. Weird maybe, but it works. My overall caloric intake for the day depends on how much extra muscle work I’ve done. My husband and I are doing P90X and on days where we’re really putting in overtime, we both amp up our intake.
Great blog! Lovely ideas, keep up the good work!
