
Generally, my snacking indulgences lean more towards salty treats. I love cheddar popcorn, roasted nuts, and pretzels, but when my sweet tooth does start crying out for satisfaction, it’s nice to have some snacks up my sleeve.

As wonderful and enjoying as snacking is, too often it is a cause of stress. Choosing a healthy snack on the fly isn’t always easy, and the stress of finding something pure and delicious can sometimes lead us into the arms of processed junk, fried foods, and refined sugars. Snack bars are convenient because you can buy a couple of them at a time and stash them away in your desk, car, or kitchen cupboard.
